Radosław Stasiak

Member of the Management Board, Chief Information Officer and Co-founder of Morele.net

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, he founded the Morele computer store in his second year of studies, which later evolved into Morele.net – one of the leading e-retailers in the Central and Eastern European region. He independently developed the software for managing the online store and e-commerce processes, which significantly contributed to the company’s rapid growth and strong market position.

He initiated and architected technological solutions for the Budujesz.pl platform (home and garden) and the online art gallery artpower.pl – one of the first in Poland. He is also the originator and co-creator of Fabrado’s cloud solutions, which revolutionized the company’s IT infrastructure through innovation and cost optimization.

Since 2018, he has been a Management Board Member of Morele Group, the owner of Morele.net and Pigu.lt – the largest e-commerce platform in the Baltic states. In his role as CIO, he is responsible for the IT Division, HR, the Legal Department, and Administration. His efforts are focused on implementing modern technological solutions that strengthen Morele’s market position. He is credited with creating and developing Morele.net’s marketplace, which enables thousands of merchants to sell on the platform.

He is a member of CIONET Poland, an association of digital leaders in Poland. In his work, he emphasizes the integration of IT with business and promotes a digital product culture, fostering effective collaboration between teams.

Personally, he is interested in new technologies in software and artificial intelligence, actively participating in conferences and discussion panels on new technologies and AI. He is a connoisseur of 20th-century literature and electric cars, and he invests in innovative technology startups. He spends his free time on sports, visiting museums and exhibitions, and working on his ROD allotment in Krakow (a member of the Polish Allotment Gardeners Association).
