Our advanced technological infrastructure is the foundation of efficient order fulfillment and service. We operate one of the most modern e-commerce warehouses in Poland, equipped with sophisticated automation systems. Innovative solutions, such as automatic sorting and packaging, enable us to deliver goods nationwide as early as the next day.
The Morele.net warehouse spans an impressive 24,000 square meters and boasts the most cutting-edge e-commerce automation in Poland. It features an ASRS system with a capacity for 60,000 containers, ensuring an automated throughput of 1,200–1,500 orders per hour.
We’re proud to have nearly 1,000 meters of conveyors combined with automatic packaging, allowing 60-70% of shipments to be prepared without human intervention. Automated sorting by courier and destination means next-day delivery nationwide for orders placed as late as 8:00 PM.
At our service center, standard diagnostics and repairs are completed within 24 hours of products being received by the warehouse. Furthermore, 35% of all complaints are resolved remotely within just 8 hours of being reported! Our service department is equipped with precise tools and automation that ensure smooth product movement between diagnosis, repair, and quality control. Our specialists can repair a full range of products, including fitness equipment, monitors, laptops, computer components, small household appliances, and computer peripherals.
