Morele wins the “Best use of AI in e-commerce” category at the e-Commerce Polska Awards 2024!

Morele.net has been honored by the Chamber of Electronic Economy in the prestigious e-commerce competition, securing an award in the “Best use of AI in e-commerce” category. This significant recognition was presented at the “E-Commerce Polska Awards 24” gala, held on October 17, 2024.

This award confirms Morele’s position as a leader in innovative technological solutions within Polish online retail, successfully leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance sales efficiency and improve customer shopping experiences.

The Chamber of Electronic Economy, an organization uniting entities operating in e-commerce, presented awards in three main categories: e-commerce, e-services, and financial entities. Within the e-commerce category, companies competed in two groups: small, and medium and large enterprises. Morele, as one of the largest players in the Polish e-commerce market, was recognized in the “Best use of AI in e-commerce” category for its innovative application of artificial intelligence in sales processes and customer service.
