mOkazje zakupy enters next phase: 500,000 customers to gain access

For over two months, a select group of 50,000 customers has been using the new feature in the mobile app. Now, it’s time for another 450,000 people to experience how mOkazje zakupy works. The list of products offered by the Morele brand within this service has also been expanded.

As reported by the Central Statistical Office’s “Information Society in Poland in 2023” report, 64.3% of individuals aged 16-74 made online purchases last year. A significant portion of these transactions occurred on shopping platforms. mBank recognizes this potential and aims to increase its involvement in the e-commerce market. One way to achieve this is through mOkazje zakupy (mDeals Shopping) — a service developed in collaboration with Morele. This service allows users to conveniently order a variety of products directly within the bank’s mobile app.

The implementation of mOkazje zakupy has been divided into several phases.

The pilot program launched in June, offering 50,000 customers a daily deal on a single product at an attractive price within their banking app. Now, an additional 450,000 customers have been invited to use mOkazje zakupy. The number of products offered through the service has also grown to over 100, spanning categories such as electronics, gaming, small home appliances, home and garden, sports, and tourism.

The pilot is set to conclude in Q4 of this year. At that point, all adult individual customers will have access to mOkazje zakupy, with millions of offers to choose from.



How to Use mOkazje Zakupy in the App:

Finally, simply confirm your purchase with your PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint in the mobile app.

After logging into the mobile application, select the “Zakupy” (Shopping) tab.

Add products to your cart. The order form will be filled in automatically, and you’ll choose your delivery method.

Payment is made directly from your account or credit card within the bank’s app.
