He has over 25 years of professional experience in private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. Throughout his career, he has successfully sourced, executed, and exited numerous private equity and venture capital transactions. He has a proven track record in creating value for portfolio companies, executing M&A and equity transactions, and providing ownership supervision as a member of supervisory boards.
He currently serves as an Investment Partner at MCI Capital, where he oversees investments in:
- Morele.net
- AGAN – a leading European online store for refurbished consumer electronics
- Welyo (formerly Focus) – a market leader in omnichannel SaaS contact center software in Poland
- NiceToFitYou – the leading diet catering brand in Poland
Before joining MCI, Paweł worked in the venture capital sector, primarily investing in Polish digital startups. Previously, he held roles at Enterprise Investors, the investment banking division of Citi Group, and served as a board member of the publicly listed private equity fund BBI Capital.
Paweł is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK).
