She is an Advisor for Organizational Transformation and Team Effectiveness. She serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Morele Group and the Advisory Board of Civitta. She acts as a sparring partner for Supervisory Boards and C-level Executives, supporting organizations in achieving growth strategies—both organic and through mergers and acquisitions—by enhancing organizational effectiveness and the quality of Board operations. She specializes in corporate governance, succession planning, compensation, and the development of top teams.
At Morele Group, she focuses on supporting the Management Board in achieving strategic goals, increasing the effectiveness of the management team, and shaping organizational governance and exit scenarios.
As a member of the Executive Team, she was responsible for organizational transformation and the People & Culture strategy at WIG20 companies—Allegro Group, PZU Group, and KGHM Group. She also held the position of Global VP People & Culture at Booksy, one of Poland’s fastest-growing technology scale-ups. Earlier, as an expert at McKinsey & Company and an independent advisor, she supported companies in Central and Eastern Europe and globally in implementing change programs.
She is a mentor for HR Tech startups, a member of the European Women on Boards network, and a recipient of the Female Champion of Change 2023 award.
